Meet the Owner, Master Waxer, Bryanna
Waxing is my passion. Yes, that's weird. I know. But I love it! I find it relaxing, satisfying and rewarding. I grew up pretty shy and had significant social anxiety, however, as I got older and got into esthetics, I became a little more extroverted. I LOVE meeting new people and growing relationships with my clients. I meet the most interesting people with the most interesting life stories, all while waxing the most intimate parts of them. So much trust and vulnerability gets put in my hands and I love making people feel at ease in those moments. I also grew up with a passion for business and am so happy I found a way to do both. It is challenging but I keep finding the best employees and try to push my limits for them.

Meet our Master Waxer, Hailey
Hailey has been at The Wax Room Inc North Andover since Fall 2021. She's a waxing all-star! She was previously an employee at European Wax Center for a couple years where she learned lots of great waxing techniques and experience. She is especially great at brazilians, brows and back waxing!
Meet our Esthetician, Wax Specialist & Manager, Kathryn
Kathryn was once a client of Bryanna's and then joined our team as a receptionist when our North Andover location opened! After working the desk for 3 years, she decided to go to Catherine Hinds to become a licensed Esthetician! She is now a stellar waxer and facialist. Everyone has been raving about her facial massage techniques. You can book with her at both locations. She most recently became a Manager at The Wax Room and is a big part of our success.
Meet our Master Waxer, Jillian
Jillian has been a licensed Esthetician for 14 years providing an array of skin care services to her clients. For the past 6 years her professional focus has been on body and facial hair removal, eyebrow tinting and shaping, lash lifts/tints and brow lifts/tints. She most recently came from working on Newbury Street in Boston to work at The Wax Room in North Andover to be close to her home and family.

As a licensed esthetician for 9 years now, Renee is a skilled professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional hair removal services. She LOVES talking to people & building connections and trust with clients. She worked for a large waxing corporation for almost 8 years & met so many amazing clients.
She's sees herself as a trusted partner in her clients’ journey towards feeling confident and comfortable in their own skin. THAT is her favorite part of this career. She loves seeing people smile & a lot clients turn into friends.

Allison has been a licensed Esthetician since 2009 after graduating from Elizabeth Grady. She loves being an Esthetician and loves meeting new clients. She has worked at EWC for over 6 years and specializes in full face and body waxing. She is always trying to make waxing as painless as possible and wants to make everyone feel their best!
Meet our RN Injector,Elicia from AfterGLOW
Elicia is the owner of AfterGLOW Medical Aesthetics located inside our North Andover location. She is an RN that has been in the medical field for over 18 years! She offers Botox, Kybella, Sclerotherapy, Dysport, Xeomin, Dermal Filler, Lip Augmentation, Procell Microchanneling, PRP and Vitamin Injections!
