At The Wax Room Inc., we’re more than just a beauty studio — we’re a space where women feel empowered, cared for, and confident in their skin. Founded in 2015 by Bryanna, a Master Brow Artist and licensed esthetician and waxing specialist, The Wax Room was created as a place to deliver personalized beauty services with heart, honesty, and results.



After years working for large beauty corporations, Bryanna knew there had to be a better way — one where clients were treated as individuals, not appointments on a calendar. That vision became The Wax Room Inc., and it’s what still guides us today.

From Passion to Purpose

In 2015, Bryanna opened the first Wax Room location in Reading, MA. What started as a solo operation quickly grew into a community favorite, known for skilled brow shaping, comfortable brazilian waxing, and a down-to-earth environment where clients could relax and be themselves.


As demand grew, Bryanna brought on a team of equally passionate estheticians who shared her values: skill, care, and connection. In 2020, she expanded into a second location in North Andover — just one month before the world shut down. But thanks to the loyalty of long-time clients and the resilience of her team, The Wax Room thrived.

Today, both locations continue to serve the communities of North Andover and Reading with expert beauty services, from lash lifts and facials to women’s hair removal and dermaplaning — all performed by trained professionals who genuinely love what they do.

Bryanna – Owner / Master Waxer

Waxing is my passion. Yes, that's weird. I know. But I love it! I find it relaxing, satisfying and rewarding. I grew up pretty shy and had significant social anxiety, however, as I got older and got into esthetics, I became a little more extroverted. I LOVE meeting new people and growing relationships with my clients. I meet the most interesting people with the most interesting life stories, all while waxing the most intimate parts of them. So much trust and vulnerability gets put in my hands and I love making people feel at ease in those moments. I also grew up with a passion for business and am so happy I found a way to do both. It is challenging but I keep finding the best employees and try to push my limits for them.

Hailey – Master Waxer

Hailey joined The Wax Room’s North Andover location in Fall 2021 and quickly became a client favorite. A former esthetician at European Wax Center, she brings expert technique and confidence to every appointment — especially when it comes to brazilian, brow, and back waxing.

Kathryn – Esthetician, Wax Specialist & Manager

Kathryn’s Wax Room journey began as a client — then receptionist — and now, an incredibly talented esthetician. After earning her license from Catherine Hinds, she quickly gained a reputation for her soothing facials and exceptional waxes. She’s now also a Manager, helping lead the team with grace and a smile.

Jillian – Master Waxer

With over 14 years as a licensed esthetician, Jillian brings years of experience in both skin care and waxing. Previously based on Newbury Street in Boston, she now provides expert brow tinting, lash lifts, and full-body waxing in our North Andover studio — and is beloved for her calm, detailed approach.

Allison – Master Waxer

Licensed since 2009, Allison has been waxing for over 6 years and brings a gentle, efficient touch to every session. She specializes in full face and body waxing and works mothers’ hours at our Reading location. A mom of two and a longtime esthetician, she brings warmth, care, and confidence to her work.

Elicia – RN Injector from AfterGLOW (Located in North Andover)

Elicia is the owner of AfterGLOW Medical Aesthetics, located inside our North Andover location. A registered nurse with over 18 years in the medical field, she offers Botox, Dermal Fillers, PRP, Kybella, Lip Augmentation, and more. Her sweet personality and professional results make her an amazing resource for clients looking to explore aesthetic injectables in a comfortable setting.
