Hair MUST be AT LEAST 1mm long! This means no shaving for almost 2 weeks. OR no waxing for almost a month.
Trimming is not necessary although hair can pull when applying wax. If trimming, be very careful not to make hair too short. When the hair is too short or
too long, the process can be longer and more uncomfortable.
Exfoliate the skin beforehand. Enzyme exfoliants are best because they are the most gentle and effective. But scrubs work great too! Need a scrub? We carry the best ones by Ruff Stuff.
Waxing around the time you are due for your period (or while pregnant), means you will be more sensitive. Hormones = more sensitivity. However, you can wax. For bikini waxing just wear a fresh tampon.
