Meet the Owner, Master Waxer, Bryanna
Waxing is my passion. Yes, that's weird. I know. But I love it! I find it relaxing, satisfying and rewarding. I grew up pretty shy and had significant social anxiety, however, as I got older and got into esthetics, I became a little more extroverted. I LOVE meeting new people and growing relationships with my clients. I meet the most interesting people with the most interesting life stories while sometimes waxing the most intimate parts of them. So much trust and vulnerability gets put in my hands and I love making people feel at ease in those moments. I also grew up with a passion for business and am so happy I found a way to do both. It is challenging but I keep finding the best employees and try to push my limits for them.

Meet our Master Waxer, Gina
Gina decided to become an Esthetician straight out of high school. She has a passion for making people look and feel beautiful. She attended a 900 hr course at Catherine Hinds learning everything from skincare to makeup, body scrubs, peels, waxing and everything in between. After graduating, she spent some time working at an esthetics advanced education school and as a receptionist at an upscale spa. Gina's is awesome with makeup so if you or anyone you know is looking for a makeup artist, give her a try. She works full-time at the Reading location and Mondays at our North Andover location. Gina also offers derma-planing and tooth gems!

Meet our Master Waxer, Hailey
Hailey has been at The Wax Room Inc North Andover since Fall 2021. She was previously an employee at European Wax Center for a couple years where she learned lots of great waxing techniques and experience. She is especially great at brazilians, brows and back waxing!
Meet our Master Waxer, Jillian
Jillian has been a licensed Esthetician for 14 years providing an array of skin care services to her clients. For the past 6 years her professional focus has been on body and facial hair removal, eyebrow tinting and shaping, and lash lifts and tints. She most recently came from working on Newbury Street in Boston to work at The Wax Room in North Andover to be close to her home and family.
Meet our Esthetician & Waxer, Kathryn
Kathryn was once a client of Bryanna's. Then she decided to join The Wax Room team as a receptionist when our North Andover location opened! She had so much fun working in an Esthetic environment that she decided to go to Catherine HINDS and now has clients of her own as a licensed Esthetician! You can book with her at both locations.
Meet our Master Waxer, Renee
Renee graduated from Elizabeth Grady in 2015. She spent 8 years working for EWC where she learned some great waxing skills and had a steady clientele. She decided she no longer wanted to work for a big corporation so she joined our small team here at The Wax Room Inc. She loves waxing and takes pride in being meticulous with hair removal, lash lifts, brow laminations, vulvacials and more. She loves boosting others confidence and has a gentle touch. Her favorite part of her job is seeing people smile and having clients become her friends.
Meet our RN Injector,Elicia from AfterGLOW
Elicia is the owner of AfterGLOW Medical Aesthetics located inside our North Andover location. She is an RN that has been in the medical field for over 18 years! She offers Botox, Kybella, Sclerotherapy, Dysport, Xeomin, Dermal Filler, Lip Augmentation, Procell Microchanneling, PRP and Vitamin Injections!
